This session will focus on the evaluation of the implementation and outcomes of Early Literacy improvement strategies in The School District of Philadelphia, including the research behind the strategy; the collection of data across 150 schools; and the use of data to drive a cycle of continuous improvement and to track progress towards the goal of 100% of children reading on grade level by third grade.
